so, um, ok. i injured myself at a race a while ago. then i did nothing. and it didn't get better. note how middle finger is 3x the size of other fingers? uh, yeah. i jammed it on May 24. today it is June 17.
i finally caved today and went to the doctor. not broken, sprained, but still puffy and purple. the solution? steriods, of course! the same stuff I had back in April! on the bright side, maybe this will help my finger AND the tendinitis in my ankle. on the more realistic side, i'm taking tomorrow off work to ensure that my jittery oddness has minimal impact on my life.

i should start a club for failed dopers. cuz, see, doping is supposed to HELP your performance right? i'm going to dope my way right into DFL!

ankle's not better... it's ok until i start running faster than 10min miles, and then it gets angry again.
Yeah, I hear ya. Those 10 minutes miles, they kill me too. Thats why I stick to the 13 minute miles. hehe Or at least that's what I tell myself.
You inspire me so much. I keep telling myself that if you can do the 10 min now, than I might be able to someday too. So I just keep trucking along the path :)
