i'm not sure how much more of this newlywed luck I can take

our car got hit in the parking lot of an indiana gas station. ben took 33rd today. I didn't get a shower cuz the drain was clogged by the time all the racers were done, and all I really want is sleep. we're now hanging out waiting for a police report instead.
but I can't whine too much more than that. the folks in the pit were more fun than ever and everyone seems to know the poppers thanks to cyclocross magazine and the interwebs. the cx community is welcoming, mentoring, and helps eachother out. thank you, thank you, thank you.
meeting judi and doing the 8k trail run was a highlight of the weekend, too. she's gonna rock out the stone steps 50k race next weekend, we all know it.
