we're supposed to be tired.

I read the blog of Joe Friel (of Training Bible fame), who has some great framing thoughts today about what it is we're all up to when we get up at 6am and run till it hurts, and then get "tired." Basically, fatigue is a sign of achieving fitness, and that it's part of training. In other words, I need to suck it up!

Pace run this morning once again came in too fast - 13 sec/mile faster than pace- and ended up looking more like a Tempo. Maybe I'm underestimating my pace? Hard to tell when distances haven't hit even 15 yet. Vamos a ver.
