(Molly by Ben) it's been a week. Delayed flights, broken gizmos, serious (!) work screw-ups, 6am rain in Little Rock, 11:00pm Steak n Shake in Northbrook. Malaysia tickets. Intervals, tempos, press releases, laundry. Flat tire, dead battery, wrong keys. Vacation can't come soon enough.
One week into working with Coach Bob, though, I feel 100% better about running and I feel considerably stronger. Working out smarter, not more. I like this.
