for the next two weeks, I'm working in Milwaukee on the Obama race for the white house. No bikes. But still important, yah?

so, Ben's headed to Louisville this weekend with the assistance of our favorite shop wrench and good friend Sam. Be nice to him, eh? I wrote up an approximately three page document outlining step-by-step the Ben race routine, since Sam's a rad mechanic but new to the cx race thing. Hopefully it wasn't overkill.

off to run a real hill. there are some of those around here. lucky me.
