what i did on my day "off"

1. replace the bars on Janie, my "commuter," and recable the brake to make it all work.
2. wash Ben's b bike.
3. wash the fish. this thing had gotten to the point where i was dreading changing a flat because of how dirty it would get me. i even pulled the chain, el duke'd the crap out of it, and relubed. now, happy fish.
4. frisbee with molly.
5. 5k later today.
