the slowing-down.

Things are slowing down around here... at work I have some time on my hands, at home after work it's mostly couch-sittin', and outside of the weekends and the before-work running, it's just lazy days.

I'm filling work time obsessing over deals, making Molly's new Dogster page, reminiscing over old travel photos, and trolling for something interesting in the news. Usually by this time of year I'd have tickets in hand for my spring vacation and some related research to do, but not now. The economy sucks and I still haven't sold my place. I think if my place sells I'll consider a trip, but traveling without Ben is hard, even though I get more than twice the vacation days. I have some destinations in mind - Chile, Vietnam, Guatamala, Sri Lanka. But we'll see.

We've been burning through netflix n' beer, spending time with Molly, and getting housework done. Three more weekends of madness. Then, breakfast in bed.
