I really have nothing interesting going on. The Adventures in Cyclo-cross have been over for weeks. Marathon training v.2.1 doesn't begin until a week from today, and then I'll start whining about the weather and cars that nearly hit me and frozen water bottles. So, what's to say?
The things that've been occupying my mind and my finances lately have been my Misadventures in Homeownership, which you also very much do not want to hear about. I'll spare you.
In the Tradition of Year-End Bloggery, wherein we all post nostalgic "what I did this year" summaries, I offer you this, dear reader, my list o' 2008-ness, in chronological order:
- Helped found a new cycling team, got licensed as a mechanic and an official, and generally occupied myself with Trying to Give Back to the Sport.
- Experienced nothingness.
- Turned 30.
- Ran a pitifully slow marathon, but finished it nevertheless.
- Got hitched.
- Chased the Ben around a rather serious circuit of cx racing, and in the process, met some interesting people and got covered in mud from interesting places.

You sure did have a successful year Julie. You did ALOT.
Happy New Year. I hope you have another easy week.
P.S. I ordered the Fuji SL Supreme. Am I worthy of such a bike?
read your note about hiring your dog out to kill squirrels -- if you're serious that'd be great because I could really use a "clearer"
