I should mention that I got a new bike last week. I'm still a little confused about why I thought it was such a necessity, but either way, it's mine now. Much like my other bicycles (with one exception), it happens to be blue. Blue isn't the fastest bicycle color, but it's my bicycle color, and I like it. Something in my Norwegian heritage always makes me gravitate toward blue. (Yes, I'll discuss the color but not the components.) I will say that Barry Wicks made me want to buy this bike, which should make his sponsor happy.

Bad news has been descending on Ben and I like a roach infestation, hiding around and popping its head out at the worst times, inviting its friends over to join in the party. Just when things seemed to get sorted out, they get unsorted, and then destroyed, and then generally just unbearable.
