ELO will save the human race.

OK, so that's not totally likely, but it sure as hell will make us slightly happier. My love for cheesy music is reaching a fever pitch lately and I just can't get enough Boston, Journey, and, of course, Polyphonic Spree. Cuz if the world can't be all sunshine and rainbows, at least what goes into my ears can be.

Predictably this week brings more time on the Lake Front Path... more babies being ridden around in backpacks without helmets, more walkers in the middle of the path, more good times. Witnessed a rider get hit not 24 hours after Ben was hit in a similar way and got to freeze my butt off waiting for the cops... you know, just the usual. Run - work - ride - drink - sleep. Repeat.

Fun times coming though. Join us at the track on Friday- race or just come be social- and then do this to support the Track Cats on Sunday. It's super odd that I don't have any plans for the weekend - no races, no rides, no officiating- and I'm strongly resisting putting anything down for those days. We'll see how long that lasts.
