This is Ryan. Jen and Ryan arrived from DC last night and will be with us through the weekend, exploring Chicago and playing with bikes. We're still holding out hope that we can convince them to move here. If you have the pleasure of meeting them, please remind them that MTB racing here is awesome, that winter isn't really that bad, and whatnot.

Ben and I awoke at 4:30 this morning to discover that Molly was missing from our bed. Ben dragged himself out of bed to find just what he had suspected- Molly curled up asleep between Ryan and Jen. Tramp. I'm surprised that they didn't realize that a 70lb dog had decided to join them.

Overslept and ran fast to make up for it, just 4mi. Hard workout of 30/30s tonight before we join Kemily, another couple of DC escapees, for dinner. Still haven't decided if it's trainer or LFP for me tonight... tough call.
