Sunny warm weather, dry fast trail. With the leaves on the ground you could see through to some great vistas. (A lake was over there? I never knew!) Saturday morning was hands-down the best trail ride I had all year. Race loop to the black to Cemetery Hill and back. Swoopy, fast. I had a good dig for the climbs and nothing got me off the pedals. I needed that, badly. I need more now. I hope the weather holds out so that Wednesday there will be more.
