I'm not racing this weekend. I'm officiating instead, because nobody else would, and someone had to do it. What sucks, though, is that because the CCC series has no throw-away races or volunteer points, it hurts my standing AND it hurts my team standings. Totally lame. Half Acre Cycling is providing 50% of the officiating crew this weekend. We give back.
But I'm mad excited because some of the new folks on our team do get to race this weekend. Looking forward to secretly, silently cheering them on (whilst maintaining my "i am completely unbiased" official's demeanor.) I guess Ben's probably racing too, but this is our unofficial month mostly-off, so it's up to him. He certainly didn't earn his ice cream last weekend.
My netflix is on a Bring It On! kick. Did you know there are like a bagillion cheerleader movies? Pretty sweet. I'm looking forward to putting on pajamas, pouring some pink champagne into a sippy cup, and watching all of them. Cheertastic.

the best picture ever. i know i said that about another picture this week but this is truly the best. you look SO happy. i love it. maybe i can appreciate it this much since i have that same cx joy, LOL.
is ben racing 11/29? there's a cap city race in yellow springs i am going to do (only 15 bucks!).
