6 weeks and then some.

Things are normalizing a little, to a completely new normal. Every time I think we're on a schedule, it changes. Every day that I feel awesome, I pay for it the next one. Every time I feel like I've accomplished something, that all the laundry is done and the baby is happy and everything is copacetic, the cycle just starts all over again.

I can't imagine that people have gone back to work before this point.

Either way, he's smiling a little now and interacting and it makes him so super precious.

I did manage to ride trail twice this week, and get in a few good runs. I'm getting a little frustrated because I'm ready to start ramping up and really training but it would mean getting the stars to align with feeding Elliot in the morning, or getting someone to watch him at any other time of day. Poor Molly badly needs to get back to running, too.

I'm tempted to take on a cx race. But it's hard to commit knowing I'll just get my (big) butt handed to me. Still...

Bring him to the office - I'll watch him for an hour.

What time are you running tomorrow? I'll be there then. Then we can go for a walk!
