it's only sunny when it's mad cold.

Back from Florida. The minute I picked Elliot up last night, he just started squealing and giggling. This is the first time it really felt like, "you're my mama and I missed you." Amazing. So amazing.

I got an email from Paul saying he's building my new mountain bike today. I'm excited to have a Rock Lobster; I'm equally excited to have a trail bike again. I have almost all the components together, just a few things left to pick up. It's pretty distracting.

I might not get many workouts in this week. I ran 3 in Aventura on their rec path. It was at sunset and pretty darn nice. But tonight and tomorrow night there are after-work plans. At least I'm getting nice long workouts in on the weekends, right?
